Hayley helped me today. I just arrived from Gisborne 2 weeks ago to your lovely city and do not have my bearings yet. Hayley kindly walked me nearly to my car and showed me the way to my next destination. In the store, she was efficient and helped me with out of town prescriptions.
Margo is absolutely brilliant. She took her time to listen and find the perfect makeup for me. I really appreciate it. Amazing service
I noticed two staff members who were wearing their masks below their noses. This is a pharmacy. People who need medicine come here. It is a pity that the staff feel entitled to compromise the safety of their vulnerable clients. The staff member to whom I mentioned this did nothing to change her mask.
Really great pharmacy with fantastic staff
Shocking rude and tell me untrue things on several matters such as who changed medication, will not give me same medication I have had for years then laughed at me not having it and another nasty person told me to leave- welcome to greymouth when never had a shockingly poor service or experienced such disrespect anywhere ever. I suggest people use an online pharmacy here as they are aligned to the other one so they know they can do this to people as we can’t use any other chemist here except theirs. Not an excuse for disgraceful service and rudeness. I have never had a pharmacy withold meds blame a med centre who said it wasnt them then mock me for the games. The woman was laughing in my face. Really sad someone can do that especially when moved here recently and everyone else so nice.

I have dealt with Olsens pharmacy over the phone on a number of occasions, and I would have to say that every time they have been a model of courtesy, efficiency and cheerfulness. I am most impressed, and am looking forward to the day that I can visit them in person.Thank you Olsens.
worst ever treatment continually loosing my scripts calling me a liar about sending scripts in made to wait 2+ hrs for a scripts that are repeats saying they are really busy yet iv gone in first thing ordered repeats other ppl gone in with new scripts and they have theirs with in 10 mins !!! 7 years iv had this treatment if there was a different chemist i would be going there horrible staff
Had severe dog bites to my index finger . Was advised to head to a & e . The staff member that I spoke to went out of her way to show me how to get there . I walked past the same chemist today and the same staff member was outside explaining something to this elderly gentleman , will done .
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only are they painfully slow and believe that over an hours wait is acceptable, they do not coordinate with their sister business. Therefore when you have a repeat, one doesn’t know what the other has dispensed so you have to go to both. Utter sham
