Consistently excellent service and advice over the last 2 years I have been using. Even when they are busy, someone is soon available to listen attentively and give a range of suggestions natural products included. An excellent team who value the person as an individual, not just a customer.
Worst customer service ever. Absolute discrimination against me. I have exemption from the government to not wear a mask. I showed her my card and she made me stand outside. This is a 1st ever. I have genuine medical reasons why I cannot wear a mask and NEVER has any restaurant, shop, private place refused me access. Very disappointing
A really nice pharmacy lots of great gifts. Sometimes have to wait abit to get staff attention but mostly very efficient. If needing medication advise the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful
This was our first experience using this particular pharmacy. We have a household where 4 of us have covid and are in full isolation from the world. Unfortunately we have had the virus spread out so far over a week and we have run out of pain killers, the phonecall to them was very pleasant, Angela was extremely helpful and they were delivered to us, contact free the same day, thank you so much

Today it was my second time in your pharmacy and it will be my last.Your customer service is shocking, the worst i have seen in NZ for 23 years.Apart from one lady which acknowledged me, while she was busy with the customer, the other 5 behind the counter laughed and joked and talked between them selves.I walked around the store for 10 min nothing changed.The lady felt embarrassed after while, apologised to her customer that will be back in a minute, went and tried to have someone from the back coming over....with no success.I left and went and gave my 89 dollars somewhere else.I honestly fell bad that i am giving you 1 star.
