Don't come here for script. There's always something that holds you up, and even if you call ahead to confirm it's ready, they make you wait 15+ minutes. No matter how organized you are or how much notice you give, they will make you wait even after confirming its ready on the phone. Gave it a few tries too, so not an isolated event. Really disappointed, will be switching to Bargain Chemist Whangaparaoa.
Despite being a chain and often rather busy, I alway feel like I get personal service here. Plus they often bring in special service, a nice add to their service. Whether I am in need of product, prescription, a gift or a vaccine, I am always treated with kindness and respect. And, they deliver if needed.
Great pharmacy. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. And did you know they don't just sell meds? They have an awesome range of gifts too and have other services such as a weight loss clinic!
The team and pharmacists are always so helpful, and informative.
Rude female pharmacist today... I've had enough. Prescription fees are twice or triple compared to others in Stanmore Bay. Slow. Automated rescript service doesn't work. They told me to call to ensure a prescription had been recieved, even though an email confirmation had been sent to me day prior?? Was meant to be delivered the day prior?? Funnily enough when i did call they magically found it on thier computer sitting right there right away. Then blaming the customer for not calling to check?? What?? Why, it's not the customers fault. I randomly get text messages about prescriptions being ready when they don't exist. Told them many, many times about these problems and nothing gets fixed. No customer service skills whatsoever. A real management team would investigate as statistically only 1 in 10 will bring forward an issue, meaning at least 9 other people experience the same problem and don't say anything. DUH. Always waiting in line despite having an automated system?? Taking advantage of older residents in terms of product pricing!! These guys are rude, poorly organised, slow, and unknowledgable. If you can afford to, find another pharmacy and take your business elsewhere.
