Contacted for antivirals. Got rung back promptly for details, then had an extremely detailed and useful consultation. Medication was delivered to our door about an hour later. Impressed.

Extremely rude. I had a prescription for two medications for dental work. Charged me $30, which I was not expecting, and didn't have. When I came back to ask for my prescription back, she told me she had already dispensed it and couldn't give it back to me. Eventually decided she could, then huffed and puffed about having to take it out of her system. When I questioned why so much as I was only charged $5 at other pharmacies, she said they must have made a mistake as it's the law to charge $15 each for dental prescriptions its not. As soon as I questioned her on this she started aggressively asking about my mask exemption, despite her having never questioned it before. Also told me it was the law to present my exemption it's not and other general aggressive behavior. Seriously disappointing experience.

I have been going to Knox pharmacy for many years & have always found the staff there very helpful & friendly.
