The new guys here are absolute rubbish specially the ones behind counter, when you tell them their faults they get defensive and try and talk over you, the owner needs to be vigilant. Some of us are medical personnels ourselves and know how the system work, so stop fooling people around once and for all.
Bad customer service. Went in for their passport service; staff member sent me a picture with the date stamped on my shoulder clearly in the picture. Passport picture was declined due to this. I went somewhere else to get my picture done. I asked unichem for a refund to which they said they don’t give refunds only offered to retake another picture. $25 for a picture I cannot use.
Very good staff but slow on receiving your medication
A wonderful pharmacy with great gift supplies, cosmetics and all your medical needs. Friendly, professional and super helpful staff! I can't speak highly enough of the whole team here.
Always rude,hate going here, rather drive to Chemist Warehouse in Hamilton. Post shop worker is always rude.
