Helpful and pleasant staff who have been and are working under very difficult circumstances over the last few covid years, but they still provide a professional friendly service. Well done Kathy and team.

Poor service. Owner grumpy and insisted on charging me for funded prescription meds because I had not returned business for a couple of months. Will never come back here for prescription meds or other products or services if I can avoid again.

It was really bad experience with unichem hill park i visit there first time. They have no sense of talking to customers. There really bad customer service. I was asking a simple thing she started yelling on me. I was just comfirming that usually i visit southmall unichem and they never charge me for same medicine. She was like u can’t afford actually thats why i am there to get my it doesn’t mean i couldn’t afford. I feel very insulted to visit unichem hillpark. I will never visit there again. Very very disappointed. They don’t know how to deal with customers.

Past experiences have been good, not great. But, tonights experience warrants a one star. Had six prescription items costing $5 each, yet was charged $35. I know I was sick, but not that sick. The pharmacist also asked me to pay first, which for me was also a first. It made me think she thought that I couldn't pay for it. Truly bad.

Great local pharmacy with friendly and personal service. Can always email them to check when your prescription is ready

Shame on you Hill park pharmacy. Praying on the elderly and sick. $5 extra surcharge per item. You should be ashamed of yourself. Please don't support this business that can't support its own community. #disgusted
