As Mixed Martial Artist it is necessary to train in the three phases of fighting. Stand up, Clinch and Ground.
Phase 1: Stand up
The range in which both combatants are on their feet. Fighting in this range pulls extensively from Boxing and Thai Boxing
Phase 2: Clinch
The range in which both combatants are in close physical contact , We use mostly techniques from Judo, Greco Roman and Free Style Wrestling as well as Thai Boxing
Phase 3: Ground
In this range in which both combatants are on the ground we used mostly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu(BJJ) and Judo Techniques.
