BEWARE I purchased a vehicle through a dealership down the road from this place that sends their vehicles here for warrants, and they missed every bolt that happened to be loose/missing nuts in the left rear control arm. They send dodgy write ups to claim they specifically checked every one when you question their work through the dealership. Wouldn't be surprised if it was never sent back to get rechecked and the dealership asked for the write up when I went back with photos of what I found the night I got it back after they supposedly got it checked for my concerns I had from 5/4/24 "loose metal sound in the left rear". This place is being reported as they are inadequate of their profession and could seriously harm a life! This place missed a serious safety issue, and going off other reviews they have, it seems to happen quite frequently, and they never take accountability.
THE BEST SERVICE! trustworthy & no trickery!!! Sweet deal on w.o.fs with extra services too at the moment as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Has to be worst mechanic I've ever heard of. Sent my partner home without Radiator cap after telling her the water pump needed replacing, which was not true. Useless god botherers
Excellent service. I would 100% recommend them for a WOF. Great communication, honest assessment and efficient work in getting my car up to standard.
I was recommended to use ultimate, by friends in the trade. The staff were friendly and helpful and the vehicle was ready when they said would be. Pricing was was fine and was not an issue.
Service was terrible, didn’t fix the issue but charged the complete amount. Incompetent staff with complete lack of knowledge, replaced the part which was working fine, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I think all the good reviews given here are imaginary/fake. Payment was done in advance without knowing the actual cause of the issue, charged for unknown diagnosis done later and that also done wrong. I asked for the quotations 3 times over the phone but no one sent anything to me. I still have no clue what 400 dollars were charged for. I am a mechanic myself didn’t have tools as I am from different city and went there to solve the problem the next day but no one responded and were trying to put things off their shoulder.

Being a woman it can be a daunting experience going to a mechanic as some assume we know nothing about cars. Not at Ultimate Automotive though. It was refreshing going there for my car's WoF, I felt welcomed and comfortable there as soon as I stepped through the door. They took excellent care of my car and are not there to rip you off. The waiting area was also nice and warm. I'll definitely be going back for any repairs and future WoFs.
Great service and customer service. These guys are awesome at what they do, will definitely be heading back for every service and mechanical issue. Highly recommend and definitely sending family members to them
Think twice before using this company for a pre-purchase inspection. They have been known to miss major safety issues, then refuse to take responsibility and work with the customer to resolve the issue.
