My first time buying from UK Car Imports and I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was my first time importing car from UK, so I've decided to get professional help from UK Car Imports. After it's all done, I don't have any regrets about my decision. The process was smooth from beginning to end, excellent communication throughout. I've had a lot of questions during the process which Richard addressed very promptly. Arranged to import car from a UK dealer via Richard in UK Car Imports. Whole process ran very smoothly. Richard dealt with all the arrangements with the garage and delivery to Dublin. I collected the car from Dublin Port. In fairness a great set up there; I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had been concerned with some paint issues showing up on the inspection report pictures. However Richard advised the car was in great condition and he was absolutely correct that the minor paint issues highlighted in the inspection report were minimal and wouldn't have justified a respray. Great to have the benefit of an expert who knows what they are talking about! Overall delighted with the service.

Great service overall. We decided to replace our car a bit earlier due to the Brexit plans. I found Richard's UK Car Imports website to be extremely good. The search database was great and easy, and the site had lots of information/FAQs/etc so that I could read up to understand the import process and the options they offered me. In the end, the process was as easy as any other online purchase! We are delighted with the car and it was a pleasure dealing with Richard and Kate. I would have no hesitation either using them again or recommending their service.
Was very hesitant initially but absolutely have no regrets. Excellent service provided , even post sales when I needed a few details for VRT registration, and was no longer a paying customer, my emails were answered and he couldn't have been more helpful. My inspection report came back with 60 photos in great detail. No way I would have gotten that detail in a local garage or that level of independent advice. Was all really painless. Would wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely go again. For the average punter who doesn't want to take days off work to go car shopping in the UK this is the way to go.

A few weeks ago, i made the decision to import a car from the UK. Just VRT’d my new Audi A3 today, over all had a great experience with Richard, he was great to work with no problems at all. Quick replies and always answered my questions. From buying my car it took just over 2 weeks to have car fully VRT’d and ready to legally drive in Ireland. Easily saved me a lot of money importing from England as well as allowing for a nicer spec.
Came across this site when we were looking to buy a car. UK cars have less mileage, higher spec etc. Cheaper. Absolutely delighted with them. Richard couldn't have been more helpful. He guided us through the process of watching the auctions online. Suggested limit on whatever car we fancied. Got a lovely little White Hyundai i10. It was brought over with 4 others cars bought through them including BMW's. They arrange everything including changing it to an Irish REG. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely brilliant service. Lots of phone calls & emails to keep you updated with all stages of the process. I've recommended to all my friends. Way to go.
