ideal company for one way trailer hire, open and closed ones available, plenty of places around the country to drop them off
Horrible experience with U-TOW. They caused a confusion with giving me the wrong return time on the docket, and charge me an extra day with taking no responsibility of their mistake. Customer service are rude and arrogant, ended up giving me all the wrong information.
It was a last minute decision, just before driving into the interislander ferry, to use this company and it was a great choice. Great service, friendly and helpful and great value too. Thanks very much.
