Motel Cancelled our stay at last minute.then filled it with another booking.. just an email notice. We changed credit cards between booking and time of stay. Something which could have been solved with kindness by phone esp when most places were booked. Family of four.

Just a shame that asked for a kitchen intensil and was assured that it would brought to our unit within minutes. Over a hour later I went to reception to collect myself to find the place locked up and no answer to the door bell.
