Great pie, great pistachio rolled croissantn, good coffee and very reasonable price, but just above average mini donuts, slight disappointed.
Oh dear god!! Where do i start. Every time i go in i never know what to look at first, its like im in willy wonkas chocolate factory. Always end up buying so much as i want to try it all. This is a must visit when going through Timaru, you wont regret it.
U Bake is pastry heaven - wonderful selection of pies, pastries and cakes plus a selection of hot and cold drinks.nnThey have a few seats inside and more seating with benches outside.nnWe grabbed some pies and some of their wonderful hot cross buns as a great break driving back to Christcurch.nnIf you are looking for a great bakery option U Bake is for you :

OMG best pie I have eaten this whole trip around the South Island! Highly recommended coming to U bake it was such a cute bakery with so much to choose from and 16 donuts for $16 is a dream if I say. Great place thanks guys for a wonderful breakfastwill definitely be coming back here
