Alex and the team ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure I am not put out or inconvenienced when my car is in need of their help. Courtesy car supplied, kept me updated along the way so I knew when new tyre was arriving. I knew the cost up front so no surprises at the end. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend
These guys are AMAZING! The coffee voucher was hugely appreciated while the work was being carried out too! The BMW computer had to be reset with the new wheels at no extra cost. I have been driving with these since April and they stick like glue to the road, and feel so safe! Thanks guys, you ROCK! I will be back when I get my new care lol:.

After the morning I had with a tyre blow out and only travelling through... John, Alex and the team made my day. They are an exceptional team. Very friendly and nothing is to much for them. Tyrepower Whangārei is a great place to go . Shane and Harena Fraser are great people, hard working and friendly. The whole team is brilliant . For the last few years I have been dealing with Alex Rawhiti and it’s always a great experience. Alex always got a smile on his face, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Last but not least they never try to sell you something if it isn’t needed.
Have been here years ago and had a great experience, however I ask for a puncture repair and realized that $49 was expensive considering that I went 50 meters around the corner to Firestone Bridgestone and they charge $25 which is standard I thought...
Amazing service, got my puncture fixed right away and they were kind enough to lend me a courtesy vehicle while I waited. Thanks so much guys!
Went in today and the service was incredible. Alex, the manager, who is think I was dealing with was an absolute champion. He knew I was struggling with the cost of the tyres so he did me the best deal he could and it really, really helped. Very grateful to the team at Tyrepower Whangarei. Absolutely fantastic service by the two guys who served me. Prompt service & a great experience. Have had issues with a previous tyre shop but none whatsoever here with these guys! Highly recommend! Can’t remember the guy that helped me but he is great!
