I asked First National Kaitaia. Now Haze Real Estate Kaitaia to check and if happy collect bond and sign up new Tenants into a property. They did not collect bond before handing over the Keys to the Tenants!!! Did not provide good communication or service to me!!! You should pay the Tenancy tribunal the $1200 approx bond needed to help clean up the mess you have left the owner of this property!!! Terrible experience and no help with the expenses that could have easily been avoided!!!

As a landlord, they couldn't have done a worse job of looking after my property or tenants. Complete lack of respect. Seriously considering seeking legal advice or fair go.
Cowboys attitude, they treated us as though we had this air of desperation about us, like we were bottom dwellers in the market and there were so many more important people out there. Unethical and inexperience
Still waiting for the appraisal that was asked for two weeks ago as was looking at tendering for another property
