Really disappointed with the experience - but please note that the customer did pass the test, therefore they are not taking out their frustrations on the company because they failed them.nnOne of the instructors Ross was incredibly rude and unprofessional during a lesson + test session. The customer was blamed for an issue that was entirely the company’s fault, and was a result of them not being attentive to a feature on their website. Rather than taking accountability for not maintaining their system, they chose to guilt and shame the customer. Totally inappropriate behaviour and not what you'd expect from a business offering a professional service. With the current economic climate, and cost of living in NZ, you would think some businesses would be more empathetic and understanding with issues such as this. The customer themselves did not want to leave this review or cause a fuss, this is a family member who felt this needed to be said on reviews as it really infuriated me and was incredibly unfair.

Completed the basic handling, instructor is brilliant, would give 5 stars but they forgot to sign the form. This was picked up by NZTA when going to do the theory. I had to drive from the city to Upper Hutt 70km round trip for a new form. I’ve now also missed my theory booking. Huge waste of time and money for something so simple. I would recommend these guys but would make sure the form is signed!!
Recently completed a Ride Forever Course - highly recommend it. Extremely informative, was run very well and creates a positive environment for learning! Certainly will be doing this again with them for continual learning.
Did the most basic courses where they teach how to ride around a court right from the beginning. The trainer was very nice, extremely helpful, and there were only two people being trained at a time so it was tailored to suite individuals.
