Coffee was excellent - rich and creamy, carrot cake was very tasty and had a great range of other cakes and savoury snacks including sausage rolls. Saw a couple of pizzas coming out the oven and they looked delicious. Dog friendly out on the decking covered.Food: 5/5
Wow what a gem! New owner since Dec 22. Awesome coffee and food! We had seafood pizza, fish and chips and some sandwiches, the fish was so fresh! Loved the crinkle cut chips! That seafood pizza was something! Super massive prawns, loads of calamari, clams, mussles and cheese! Definitely going to be our go to restaurant when we come to Tutukaka again!
Pizza is incredible! haven't found any good traditional pizza spots in Whangarei so am happy to make the drive to this place for the best! Overall a lovely spot too on the water, coffee and deli food is also great. Staff friendly too.
They made pizza for me at 11:45 am even though they don’t normally start the pizza oven until 3 pm. The pizza was heavenly. Best pizza ever. Their coffee is also exceptional. Our group of three were very impressed by their service and quality food and friendliness. Great beer too. Two thumbs up!!!
Lovely evening spent here with friends. My third visit 2 dine in and 1 take out since new management takeover. Food has been consistently good with friendly service. I would highly recommend a visit. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback. I feel the outside seating area could do with some attention the benches are beyond rustic or shabby chic. Some extra dressing of the area would reflect the prices charged e.g. benches sanded/varnished, lanterns/candles, fairy lights, warm blankets for patrons in the cooler evenings perhaps? Just some ideas to add to the atmosphere
Unbelievably good. Very impressed. Hard to imagine anyone being disappointed. Excellent attentive service, and just to die for pizza. Highly recommend!
We are here twice during our vacation. The first time for lunch and the second time for dinner one other evening. Both times portion sizes were quite nice. There were options for one in our party who avoids red meat. The staff was quite friendly and vibed well to the humor of our happy, loud group of six Americans. The second time we went it was because the other places we wanted to try were not open. This place is open late compared to other places in the area. This gsve us a chance to try other menu items which we all quite enjoyed.
Great pizza of the fluffy, wood fired kind with doey crusts and yummy toppings. Right on and over the marina with attentive service. Reasonably priced, too, plus take away options. Will definitely call again!Food: 5/5
We are so LUCKY to have this HUGE upgrade to the local area. Morning coffee and snacks has never been so good. Dog friendly and more importantly people friendly.Food: 5/5
Hubby and I had the yummiest pizzas ever here last night. The crust was incredible and toppings and flavours absolutely spot on! 10/10 would go here again for dinner.
