Gail is an exceptional makeup artist and hairdresser. I asked her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with her work! I can’t recommend her highly enough. I wish she could make me feel like a million dollars every day. We did a trial a few months before the wedding so that I knew what to expect and so I could explain what I was looking for, but Gail already knew how best to highlight my features and make me look fabulous. She works quickly so even though we had booked two hours for my hair and makeup, she could have done it much quicker. Gail has all the latest products, and then some. She advised me what to get myself, such as which eyelashes and lipstick, and she advised me to get shades and brands that I wouldn’t normally buy - she knew how to make me look like a beautiful bride. I trusted her and her judgement because I could tell that she had made many brides beautiful. I was delighted with the results. I know that all wedding guests tell the bride she looks lovely, but I genuinely felt that my guests were surprised at how good I looked! And yet, I still looked like me. Gail is such a gorgeous person... However the spray tan I received from her was nothing short of a disaster. As someone who regularly gets sprays tans I know how they are done, and when Gail begun to wave the spray tan gun I knew it wasn't going to be good. I paid $70 for a patchy Bondi Sands Solution tan. I had a wedding on and had to strip the tan off the next day and totally re apply the tan myself. I stand by the fact that Gail is a wonderful person but I would not ever return for a spray tan. Wow Gail is AMAZING!! Everything about this salon is amazing, i had my hair and make up done for my birthday party and she was sooooo quick, knew exactly what to do even though i went in with no plan at all and she smashed it out in 45mins and it was stunning. It was a afternoon party and i did not have to touch my make up up at all during the night. I could not recommend her high enough.Services: Makeup services

I found the Turret House Spa online and booked a couple package for me and my girlfriend we are not a couple and although I never met Gail before it was like coming home from the minute we walked through her door. We were being spoilt and cared for by Gail all afternoon and she made sure our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The attention to detail, the high standards, the love and acceptance Gail exudes made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the Turret House Spa.

My mum and I came to Gail as part of the couples package. The experience was so amazing, and Gail’s knowledge and generosity only added to this. The space itself was stunning and homely. Her services went above and beyond anything we were ever expecting. We ended by having beautiful food and champagne. I couldn’t recommend this more, we will definitely be back

Gail provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. She has a deeper understanding of the human body and mind above just mere massaging. After a superb massage, time to lie and relax and a shower she provides you with a cup of tea and sits and talks to you offering tips for relieving stress, anxiety, aching muscles amongst other things. Most definitely the best massage experience I have ever had!

Gail is a fantastic hairdresser - one of the few who know how to cut curly hair. Going to Gail is always a fun and pampering experience. Her hair and make-up expertise is legendary. She worked on Lord of the Rings with accompanying stars for years. I’d recommend her to anyone.
