Always brilliant service at Turner's Gifts & Luggage shop. Highly recommend to others. If you've been to Greytown. This shop is on a par with Duluxe and Nirvana.

I had a very distressing experience with Turners. I purchased 3 items from this store on the same day. One of those items was a picture frame which had scratches on it. I advised the sales assistant that I would take it providing we could agree on a discounted price. We agreed on $30. I trusted that she rung up correct agreed price. When I checked my bank statement I discovered she had rung up the full price. I proceeded to take back to Turners and was served by a young girl, explained the situation and after discussing with a guy there she proceeded to refund the purchase price. No issues up to now. I said to the young girl as she processed transaction that I was happy to pay the agreed price of $30. She didn't really say anything apart from 'we are giving you a refund'. She then proceeded to cellophane up the frame including the tissue paper I returned it in. I again stated that I would still like to purchase at the agreed price to which she said they were also giving me the frame, to be honest this all seemed weird, she then asked me if I would like a bag for it to which I stated no. She handed me the rewarded frame. I left the store only to be followed back to my car by the same bloke who would have heard the whole transaction and conversation for him to advise me i needed to return the frame. I explained to him what had transpired and all he did was give me a look and then asked if I wanted it, I explained again as I said to the girl I was happy to pay the agreed $30. He then said I could go back to the store and pay for it. I preceeded to follow him back to which he turned around once to make sure I was following and hadn't absconded. He then met me at the door with his pay wave machine. I have never felt so humiliated or treated in such a disgraceful way in my 60 years. on reflection I should have just walked away and given back the frame as I was treated like a criminal and with total disrespect. I was in shock. I never received an apology for the original overcharge or an apology for his staff members mistake, only a sorry for the inconvenience. Really! I will never shop at this store again, totally disgusting customer service.

Perfect place to go if your looking for a lovely gift or something a bit special for your home. Amazing selection of china, kitchenware, gift ware, artificial flowers and greenery, luggage, extensive magazine selection covering all sorts of topics along with many other beautiful things.
Massive selection of awesome gifts for every occasion, and they will gift wrap your purchases for you. So friendly and helpful
Top quality luggage. The homewares are a little bit on the pricey side but that is to be expected given how they are better quality than what you might find at a big box retailer.Huge selection of magazines and gift cards. Very friendly staff who know their products.

The shop is crammed full of awsome stuff. A lot of unique things to buy. Worthwhile going for a browse.
