Excellent customer service and very professionalnnI recently purchased a car from Turners, but shortly after the purchase I noticed an issue with the vehicle. I contacted Turners and they handled the situation very professionally and fairly.nnThey contacted the previous owner to understand what had happened, and even though the owner said they were unaware of the issue, Turners made the process very easy for me and provided me with a full refund.nnI really appreciate how they dealt with the situation and put the customer first. The staff were helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process.nnThank you to the Turners team for making a difficult situation stress-free. I would definitely consider buying from Turners again.
I had an appointment at 3:00pm and arrived at 3:02pm. I later noticed I had missed a call from Turners at 2:54pm. As soon as I arrived, instead of being greeted with a simple “hello” or “how are you?”, the staff member’s first comment was, “Someone doesn’t know how to answer their phone.” I found this quite rude and unprofessional.nnThe conversation then continued with, “First of all, we don’t buy $60,000 cars,” which immediately made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is about treating people with respect, regardless of whether a vehicle is suitable for purchase or not.nnBecause of the way I was spoken to, I chose to leave without proceeding further. Unfortunately, the interaction gave me a negative impression and I did not feel comfortable continuing the discussion.
I'd like to give a huge compliment to Turners Porirua! I recently sold my old car and purchased a new one from them, and I'm completely satisfied with the experience. The team provided excellent customer service without any hassle or pressure. They truly deserve a special thank you and morning tea from the boss such a great team
Great place. There's so many ways to make things possible. Especially Ms Leng Day you made it possible . Your effort is amazing. And thanks to Ariana to help with the finance. And thanks to all turners team @ porirua for our second car dream comes true.
Checked Turners website vehicle valuation which said low $7350, high $11550 so booked an appraisal. Guy sat in car, didn't even look around the car and instantly said no, they wouldn't retail it and at auction would be lucky to get $3000! Utter was of time. At least have the decency to have a realistic valuation tool. It was an absolute joke. To make matters worse i checked aTurners listing on TradeMe for the exact same car, with more kms and that was listed for $9990!nI don't appreciate being potentially ripped. Will try elsewhere
