My friend and I recently visited Turners to buy a car, and while we were initially excited and found most of the staff friendly, our experience with the salesperson Sarah was very disappointing.nFrom the start, she was no help at all and her tone felt belittling, as though she expected us to already know everything about cars, rather than guiding us through the process. We even waited for her for two + hours, and she definitely didn’t make the wait worth it. I tried to excuse the behaviour at first, thinking maybe she was just having a rough day, but after seeing her over three consecutive days, the attitude remained the same - unwelcoming and dismissive.nThis really took away from what should have been an exciting purchase. My friend and I were even contemplating not getting the car, but because we loved it so much, we decided to go ahead. Still, the experience was ruined, and I don’t recommend dealing with a salesperson like that again.

Went in for an appraisal on a vehicle. Lindsay was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Quoted me what was probably a fair price and explained his reasoning, also clearly explained Turners processes and what my choices were. A pleasure to deal with, thank you.
Great experience, staff were super helpful especially Alloy and Cathy. Made the purchase of our car easy and pleasant.
Staff were great however very disappointed that cars only come with half a tank of gas. Even when location is next to a petrol station, and they had 2 days until I picked up. Not buying from these guys again. I asked and got back it's the luck of the draw.
