My daughter is seriously looking, but no one came out to see what she wanted to buy
Went there to sell my car, was treated as if my business was not important. They did not even look at my car and gave me a below par offer off the computer. I questioned that they did not even look at my car and was told that it was the offer due to the year model. I left and sold my well looked after, low milage car privately for a lot more. Very disappointed in the service.
Went in to look to purchase a vehicle, obviously they didn't need my money, walked round with cash looked at vehicles, both sales reps in staff room drinking coffee watching me and scrolling on there phones.nI waved which they saw, but nope they stayed on their phones watching me.nI would have thought that it's not up to me to go chasing your staff, very unprofessional.nAnyway your loss.
Booked so I could sell my car back to them. Person wasn't there. So was a waste of time. They took photos and said someone would be in touch. Waited, nope. Made a phone call to see what was going on to be told they didn't want it. Would have been nice to know and not be left waiting. I got it off them 3 years ago so of course kms would go up. That was the reason for not buying. Poor reason to be honest. I've heard nothing but bad stories about turners and it seems they are all true.
I called and made an appointment with Lindsey on 18/10 to appraise my vehicle for a sale.nHe was to busy on a zoom call to actually be at the appointment. I arrived and the reception took some photos. I could have done this myself and sent it through.nnLindsey called me 3 hours later and then mentioned they don't even buy cars with turbo. What a waste of my time.nFirst of all when you have an appointment be there. Second why make an appointment at all if you don't sell certain cars, you should mention this before making an appointment at all.nUnprofessional and terrible experience.
