Ordered chicken chips meal on Uber, with sweet chilli sauce on it and it came drenched in tomato sauce, I am allergic to tomato’s so was unable to eat it, rang the establishment and the woman on the phone told me that she couldn’t do anything about it and that I would just have to ask Uber for a refund, when I asked if she could do anything about her mistake she told me no Uber will refund you. Then got hung up on in the middle of a sentence.
This branch is in Tauranga. Didnt really like it. For one, their beef were sold out so left with no choice but to get the chicken kebab. Theyre pretty generous with the veggies but apart from that its there not much to it. Plus their chicken was dry. I gave it two stars because although it was not the one i hoped for when it comes to kebabs but their service was good, the staff were nice, but the food was just "so so". Honestly, youre not getting the bang for your buck. Better go to the roast shop just up ahead the street.
We enjoyed our meals. Very good portions and reasonably priced meals. We took our sitting outside and it was all good.Food: 5/5

one of the most disappointing kebab I have ever had . mixed meat on chips . 5 % meat 60% chips then rest soggy salad . the chicken was as if it came out of a tegal pre cooked chicken slices and the lamb meat non existent $18 for pure garbage
I decided to pay about $60 dollars on Uber eats to get a decent meal from you guys. I went to open the container and sauce was drenched in the meat. The meat was cold and there were wedges instead of chips. I had a combo no side chips either been delivered.

Alot of salad, stuff all meat and stuff all sauce on my mixed meat salad. Never going back there.
