Great experience with Turangi Ski hire. Great staff with smile on face even under workload.nVariety of products and all sizes available in huge quantities so no problem with sizes.nWe hired sliding boards in addition to other gears and that sliding board asked by many people in the ski area, since no one offers such kind of board.nHighly recommend, for safer side just send them email to book your gears.nThey have sufficient parking and clean toilet, however stairs are there, people with special needs required someone support otherwise with wheel chair someone needs to choose size and bring them down the stairs.
All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful, especially with my kids. This is the third year that we have rented our gear from them. We recommend them to all our friends, especially anyone who needs a quieter, more friendly experience. A much more pleasant experience compared to hiring gear on the mountain.
Little hard to find in their new location....use to be in Turangi. Staff were friendly and hire rates are reasonable. Hire pretty much everything you need to ski, snowboard or just play in the snow from equipment to clothing. Recommend hire before you go to the mountains to avoid the rediculous ques get at Whakapapa and Turoa trying to get your pre booked hired gear.
Friendly staff who are quick to make sure you are taken good care of and fitted properly. Makes hiring and using ski equipment super easy when you have people who know what they are doing and take good care of their hire gear.
