Very helpful staff, who spent time with me finding things to do in the area, that were achievable for me

Took a bus load of senior citizens here. Everyone enjoyed the volcanic experience so much. Thankyou.

My advice is the volcanic Ctr which is in the I Site needs to update some of its info. Also it needs something new. Not worth the amount they charge. However the staff at the I Site very friendly and helpful.

Great place to visit learn about volcanic eruptions

These people are awesome, very helpful, it's a good go to place to visit especially if you are going tramping or wanting more local knowledge on the area.

Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of information available on local attractions. Some nice merchandise available. We did not do the Volcano Activity as it was a bit expensive for us.
