The room/s we had was actually perfect. Had all the basics we needed and were comfortable. Place was neat and tidy and the kids enjoyed having their own large bed to sleep in. Only critique would be that regardless of how many nights booked, consumables should be replenished every day by default. Drop of fresh towels, coffee and other basics that normally come with an overnights booking. Our room service sign must've blown off the door because we found it lying a few metres away with no fresh towels etc in the room. But other than that, good value for money I reckon.
Stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised.nFrom the outside it looks rustic, from the inside, it could pass for any one of the premier chains Rydges/Ramada/Novotel etcnThe security is top notch and the rooms were super comfortable!nIf you are looking for somewhere to have a quiet getaway, this is it
Great hotel! Room was nice, comfy bed and the bar and restaurant is straight downstairs. 5 star 10/10. Will recommend Tuakau Hotel to all my friends and family.
Katherine was friendly and accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.nThere is a supermarket and bottle shop accross the street. We highly recommend this little gem.
I would highly recommend this and it is a must stay. The staff went above and beyond and the rooms were clean, tidy and had everything you would need including a capsule coffee machine :. They even supplied robes and slippers! Will deffinately be booking again. Thank you Tuakau Hotel and staff.
