Excellent medical team. Good accessible hours.
Have found Staff all friendly enough but totally not organized, they need to get better systems in place. Doctors dont follow up. Have just changed to another Clinic.
The staff, nurses, receptionists & doctors alike are the most personable friendly team of people Ive ever come across in a practice. Long may it continue. Well done, it always nice to be made to feel so welcome, especially in a very busy environment.
I live in Tuakau and they turned me down for an urgent appointment because I am enrolled at a different clinic in the city which is more specialized towards my condition. Heartless and officious stranding me without access to a doctor being sick and unable to drive.
Nurse's are great. But most of the doctors don't know what an STI is.
I wouldn't recommend this Doctors at all.
