Ive stayed 6 month at TT Building Oct 2016 - Apr 2017 and fell in love with everything about it! The apartments are brand-new, clean and gives you a comfort feeling to stay. You gonna love the rooftop swimming pool and the chill area. If you are a fan of Sauna as me - you will find it there as well. Building itself is quiet, has all facilities you need, including fast Internet. The location is great too - just 5 min walk to the BTS line where you can get easily to the center of Bkk in 15min, has 2 Big Supermarkets nearby "Tesco" & "Big C", and 7/11 is just around the corner. And the owners of TT Building are a biggest treasure to me - sooo nice, helpful and friendly Thai family, that no words can describe. Love and miss them already. Definitely will be back!

I stayed at TT buildings for 7 months and loved every moment of it. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and at home. The staff are great and always smile at you and try to engage in conversation. Lovely swimming pool and good facilities. I had a 2 bedroom condo and it was by far the best I looked at. Only reason I've moved out is because I've moved to another city. I would recommend this property to family and friends. I came as a guest and left as a friend.

Rooms are nice, staff are good and friendly, BUT if you don't have any transport and prefer to walk this street called Sukhumvit 81 is pure hell and everyday you want to walk out from the apartment you have deal with that idiot road that don't have area for you to walk comfortably and you have to walk like a duck scaring some motorbike or car will crash you especially during the dark time or after the rain. If you don't want any headache everyday better to avoid the street as much as you can, not only this apartment but any that located there. By the way prices here are high and you easily can find a better options for that prices. Long story short: Rooms nice, but overpriced, facilities are tiny, sauna is great actually. The road to get here is worst i ever seen in my life and it breaks all the positive moments. Better to avoid until they not think how to make this damn road for the people, not for the business

We stayed in TT Building in the beginning of 2017 and had a great experience. The place is new and clean, the owner is very nice, the staff is friendly. We really liked the pool on the roof and a small garden. There's a 7/11 and several street food stalls just 1 minute walk from the building. Bts On Nut and Tesco Lotus only 5-8 minutes walk from there. I would definitely recommend the place!

I stayed here for more than a month and felt so at home. Fantastic people. Price may seem somewhat steep but it includes everything, even WiFi and laundry. Stayed at ipremium down the road before moving here and the intermittent WiFi cost 1000 baht a month. TT was such a nice contrast! The staff was always nice and polite. Khun Mai gave me her food one evening because it was raining and I couldn't go out to buy. They also helped another customer with his laundry when he was sick. If not for my new job I wouldn't have left. Thank you for am amazing stay!

Great place for live!!! Near Bts On Nut, is a nice place, new rooms. At the rooftop have a nice swimming pool, sauna and 2 gym rooms. The owner and all the staff are great and helpfull amd they take care to all the customers. I must give only 5 stars but i will give more then 10 stars!!!!

Clean and conveniently located close to the BTS station.
