Loyal customer for 15+ years. Told they don't do personal loans anymore - isn't that what a bank is for? To assist? Also no Apple Pay still, so behind in technology. Interesting to see a little PR stunt to give away $30k for "The Block" contestants but can't be bothered financially assisting their loyal customers. Pity - moved to ANZ which is far superior.
Had to call the call centre...was dreading it as normally call centres are hours on hold then a non English speaking person...so a very welcome change when the TSB call centre answered promptly and was an English speaking friendly and helpful real human! Keep up the excellent service TSB!
I absolutely recommend TSB Centre Branch. I left New Plymouth 20 years ago and moved to the South island. During the years, by phone , fax and now internet banking I have received amazing service. They really do go the extra mile in their contact with their customers. A real, honest, friendly, NZ owned company. Keep it up everyone, I know if I have any issues, with a phone call it is solved by happy, friendly real people who work in your personal bank branch. Thanks for everything.
In all of my dealings with the call centre and brances, the staff have been very helpful, polite and knowledgable. I would recommend TSB Bank to all.

Great service, simple process to set up accounts, staff really helpful and friendly to deal with - very easy to get in contact with for any queries.
The bank have made an administration error so far it has taken 30mins to find out that the bank will not give out a contact name or phone number for the person responsible. This now means I have to travel 40mins to town.
TSB Customer Service Team is friendly and professional. They are based locally and therefore understand the needs of the customers they service.
Great banking staff, i use the bank in Eltham Taranaki, the staff are always polite, knowledgable and will help with any issue you may have, i mostly bank online and if i encounter a problem can call them and get it sorted quickly with no hassles
