Very disappointed with my last purchase - bought an outdoor storage box which was sent with the wrong hinges. They made me send lots of measurements and photos when the hinges were clearly from a smaller model since it would not open fully to 90 degrees as shown on the website. Despite this, they tried to claim the parts were correct even though their own website showed otherwise. They offered $30 off a $219 purchase for something that does not work.nIf everything is ok with your purchase this crowd is reasonable value but if you have any problems, beware.
I recently had an exceptional experience with TSB, and I wanted to share my thoughts. They offer a remarkable product that not only stands out in terms of quality but also comes at a very competitive price. Throughout my interaction, the customer service was nothing short of excellent; the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.nnI want to extend a special thanks to Navdeep, who went above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication and friendliness truly made a difference in my experience. I will definitely be returning to TSB in the future, and I appreciate the outstanding service provided. Besides the fact that the drawer I bought of TSB is of the cheapest of quality and came with defects all over, I am very unhappy with how TSB dealt with my complaint. I contacted them the day after delivery when I had put together the drawer with pictures to show what faults were there. I was told to dismantle the product took only 3 hours to put together so why not and send back only the pieces that were damaged. When I told them it wasn't just the pieces but the overall cheap quality of the product I was unhappy with they offered me a 30$! refund on it. What a slap in the face. I expressed this wasn't near enough for a drawer this price they upped the refund to 40$ and it eventually took them 4 weeks and multiple reminders to actually pay out that lousy amount. Honestly, the way customer service handled this complaint says a lot about what kind of business they are running. I will never order here again and I would not recommend ordering here if you want decent quality.nHad good experiences and proper customer service with Proferlo and they offer the same prices. Shop at the neighbors, is my recommendation.
Best place to buy furniture and bedding in Wellington. They have good quality furniture for decent price.nnEspecially if you get 10-20% discount on sale just grab them. I bought a sofa bed and Queen sized wooden bed frame with bed for just 1500$nnThe staff is helpful and they also have delivery for less rates. They also have delivery after a few weeks or one day delivery for a little extra money.
UpdatenThey are not willing to do anything about it. Even after pics were sent. There response was to come back into the centre when they knew I'd driven from Palmerston North. I was told on Thursday that they could have courier pick it up. And the response today was inadequate. Definitely won't be buying again. My gazebo was clearly used before. Marks all over the roof.nThe walls and front are the cheapest I think I've ever seen. I was worried it was going to rip just trying to pry the wall open from them being folded.
