The only place that I truly enjoyed the food in Paris! David our waiter was awesome & interacted with our baby girl the entire time. We were immediately seated and tended to. We got the cheeseburger and the braised beef with mashed potatoes, along with some fresh made juices. The food was sooo well flavored, great view of the Eiffel Tower, cool social scene and ambiance, and friendly wait staff. We enjoyed our meal here and would definitely return!
This became my favorite cafe while visiting Paris. The best eggs I’ve ever had, great pastries, the fresh orange juice was so good and espresso. We made this a morning and nightly ritual. Stylish friendly staff. It’s pretty popular, like a vogue magazine. Also good for photo ops. You can see the Eiffel Tower right across.
We enjoyed our early dinner here after visiting the Eiffel Tower. Nice atmosphere, frequented by locals as well as tourists with a decent menu. Service is swift and food is tasty. Can only recommend the croque madame.
This was the worst experience in Paris so far. We came with our family 5persons and it was not crowded at all. At first they didn’t want to accept us in the front area semi-outside, then when we got a spot inside, the staff was super rude. When 1 out of 5 wasn’t thirsty, we were almost sent away. All 5 of us were FORCED to order something. So we ended up ordering drinks. A cup of ginger tea was 8 euro. No, not fresh ginger tea. Just a tea bag and some hot water. Ridiculous. They sell it that you can see the Eiffel Tower, but only in a distance. This place is horrible and it has a bad vibe. The energy was bad, the staff really the most unfriendly I’ve had in years, the prices ridiculous and overall they didn’t care at all about serving us. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not worthy of being a Parisian bar. I advise you to spend your time, money and energy somewhere else. 0/5
I actually usually avoid typical tourist places like these or any other high trend establishments. Partly because I find them to be muddled in the quantity over quality aspect… Needless to say this place was the real deal, amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and in a busy and bustling people watching kind of area. I’d definitely come back for the energy and experience again! The price is up there for lunch that’s for sure but you’re in Paris and can stare at the Eiffel Tower for hours. The food was surprisingly well made and fresh, at least for what we got and we really were dying for something green and whole after spending a week eating French cuisine and seemingly not nearly enough vegetables. The menu has plenty for everyone however including some gorgeous salads and green drinks. Everything really seemed quite fresh.
Great location, if you enjoy people watching sit out front. Espresso was great and delicious. My eggs were supper soft maybe a lot of butter. Just needed salt and pepper to taste. Ham was pretty good. Portions large. Would come back.
Great location with perfect view of Eiffel. Prices are reasonable and food are ok. Not really good though. Had chicken supreme, fish and chips, pasta and escargots. One of the male manager wanted to charge us for butter and hence we decided the ask the friendly waitress that serve us instead. It came out to be free. The restaurant really needs look at this.
We walked here around 9pm after visiting Eiffel Tower. It's still pretty bright outside in July. We sat outdoor and enjoyed some deserts and drinks. The deserts are little pricy, but location, location, location : The waiter was very nice and patient to explain things to us.
This cafe deserves 4.5 for the view alone! The food was nice - but it is a very busy, tourist cafe. I witnessed several groups be rude to the server, yet the server was still polite and professional - just not warm and chatty. English was spoken and ordering was smooth. Pro- tip: scan the code on the table for a menu in your language!
This place hasn't changed in 25 years. I sat in the same seat as I did when I used to come here for coffee. The years I lived here, this was my peace. The view of The Eiffel Tower from here is Awesome. Great staff.Food: 5/5
