Triton hearing are an amazing company all staff professional and also friendly. They offer on going support which I have used more than once.
The experience I had with Triton hearing was extraordinary, from the hearing test on the app, through to the actual hearing test in Orewa. The demonstration hearing aids fitted after a through test, made such a difference to my hearing that I can't wait to get my actual hearing aids, which will help me regain my confidence to interact with family, partake and communicate socially without the embarrassment of constantly having to ask people to repeat themselves.
Service after purchase is quality. I love my new discreet hearing aids. Justine from the Orewa shop is fantastic to deal with.
Fantastic service all the way. IMMEDIATELY discovered my hearing issue of 7 months, which was in fact medical yet missed by 2 different doctors seen in the 5 weeks prior to hearing test. Highly recommend these lovely people!
Appointment went well, the whole process of testing was explained and was able to see on the screen in front of me what my ears were picking up volume wise, very interesting. Shown what type of hearing aids would be suitable for me and given prices. Also the opportunity to trial the hearing aids for one month.
I had a small problem with my right hearing aid,I rang Triton and spoke to Kasia a specialist at Triton,Orewa, she said to come up to her an she would be able to fix straight away,I drove up to Orewa took my hearing aid to her,within 10 minutes it was as good as new. No problems and no cost Brilliant Service I would recommend Triton to anybody looking for quality products. They are brilliantl, and so easy to use. Maria who did the test at Smales Farm was very warm and professional in her approach. She eased any concerns I may have had.
Quick service, friendly staff and went in for a small adjustment and didn't get charged for it.
