The people at the test center were polite enough. However they don't they don't follow their own terms and conditions. What a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Very considerate after music certificate arrived damaged Royal Mail were responsible. Wonderful experience all round.
I must say that all the staff members from the receptionist to the examiner are very professional and are in an excellent team work. They are very friendly and made me relaxed and feel confident in the exam.
I found the entire process very professional and staff incredibly friendly.
The worst place to take a test. They will purposely fail so you can come back and retake the test. They are fraudsters. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
BE VERY CAREFUL !!! If you allow one online booking error in your name or address or ID number - your exam will be canceled and the money will not be refund to you. This happens very often and looks like fraud
