On occasions the people who work there seem to have had a very bad day, but I understand it because I always go in the afternoon and they have the tiredness of the whole day in their faces, but there is always a very kind person when it comes to paying, I do not know his name but that woman but it is good to finish the co.pras with that smile. with regard to the store, it is good but there are things I find in the Trent of wellinton, nelson and Auckland that I do not find here, I think We should have the same options as in other cities.
Always try to support local businesses but this is one of the very few shops in town where you actually feel unwelcome to be in the store wanting to spend money. Most the staff look depressed, unhappy & uninterested and act as though you are an inconvenience even while being served at checkout. Also agree with other reviews about the prices being high. Would recommend doing a price check before buying anything here since you can find the same items much cheaper elsewhere even when accounting for the RRP / GST price adjustments
