Treetops Pukekohe, is in my opinion, the best childcare centre in Pukekohe. Cathy, the Centre Manager, and all the teachers are amazing and have been so good to my son and our family. They always go above and beyond to make sure the children and happy and well looked after, and are very approachable and friendly. My son was one of the 1st children to attend Treetops when they opened and has absolutely thrived since being there. He has become such a confident and happy child and has created such strong relationships with his lead carer, Jo, the other teachers and his peers. When I pick my son up the teachers can always tell me exactly what he got up to in the day, what kind of day he had and who he played with which is really great. I honeslty can't fault Treetops as we are very happy with everything from the staff, the beautiful facility, cleanliness of the centre and the open communication between teachers and parents. I highly recommend this centre to anyone who wants to feel like part of a family and have full confidence that your child is being very well looked after.
We are so happy to have found Treetops. They have been amazing. The Kaiako at the Nest have taken care of our little one since she was 6 months old. She absolutely loves being there and has had so many positive experiences - tried lots of different delicious food, had access to various toys, enjoyed various themed days and had plenty of opportunities to develop her social skills. All the kaiako are so caring and we feel so happy to send our daughter there while we are at work. Highly recommend this centre for anyone looking to put their little ones into daycare.
We were one of the first families at treetops and our experience with them has been great. We have found all the staff friendly, approachable and professional. They go above and beyond and are very supportive to the whole family - not just our child. From our first visit our child did not want to leave, it is clear she has created deep connections with her teachers which is very reassuring when they spend so much time there. We were very impressed with the facilities and our child particularly loves the secret garden. The children are taken on outings with parents permission, this is always communicated beforehand and they are transported safely. They have had a lot of fun days such as pajama day, super hero day, crazy hair day and grandparents day plus also teddy bears picnic to include the whole family. We cannot recommend them enough!
Treetops Pukekohe is a friendly, family-orientated and loving centre. Both my children love attending this caring environment. The teachers treat my children as their own and they are always happy after fetching them. Cathy and Amy are always willing to help provide support and I feel that I can rely on them if I ever needed to. Its a wonderful centre and i would highly recommend sending your children here, especially if you are looking for a home away from home.
My son attended Treetops Pukekohe from 2.5 yrs old until he turned 5 yrs recently, while my 2 yr old daughter currently attends. In all that time the educators, in-house cook and admin team have all been supportive and create a nurturing environment. There is a room per age group but they also took the time and care to transition my kids to the next class as they got older. The educators and all the staff took the time to get to know the kids and would write wonderful updates about what they learnt, activities etc on the Educa app. The kids didn’t want to go home sometimes! Being able to provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snacks are life savers for a full time working Mum. They also take the safety of the kids seriously and don’t hesitate to call you for any issue or incident. Highly recommend!
My son has attended Treetops in the Tui room since February - a few weeks after it opened. On his first few visits there he literally did not want to leave! There are beautiful resources galore - both inside and out! The secret garden and outdoor play area are two of his favourite places. He loves the climbing frames, bikes and sandpit. Inside he loves to read, play with playdough, create artwork and explore all of the other neat things on offer. The philosophy is child led which means he is free to explore his own interests and his own pace. Clare, Lorna and the other teachers are so lovely and welcoming. It is such an awesome feeling being able to leave him there each morning, have him run off smiling and waving and know he will have a fun day - definitely helps reduce 'Mum guilt'. Well done Treetops for creating such an awesome second home for my boy and his little friends
We moved our son from another centre which made us very nervous to not go down that same disappointing track, however BEST decision. The staff are great and take the time to talk to you, our son loves it and has a male teacher in his class which we love. Fabulous centre highly recommended
I am very happy to entrust my 1 year old and 3 year old to such nurturing hands. Not only is this a clean, new and modern centre, with lots of fun and interactive play areas and equipment, but ALL of the staff are so friendly, caring and down to earth. My children's special teachers have been absolutely amazing with helping the transition from home into daycare, as well as the ongoing support. They provide so much love, care and understanding to each child, I feel so lucky to have such wonderful teachers.
A fantastic team at Treetops Pukekohe. Well organised facility. I felt reassured when leaving my daughter for the first time. She loves going there and adores the Nest team.
My kids attended tree tops pukekohe last year , and it was the worse experience of my life as a single mother , I feel like the manager picked on me and nothing i did was right , i was criticized for my parenting when 1 of my kids climbed out and into the carpark twice in the space of 30 min , she somehow tried to blame it on me , several times he got out of the class room and several times she blamed me , i was not the 1 watching the child they were She also told me my other child needed physiological help when they were othe only ones to ever have problems with her She on several occasions asked me to pick them up because they couldn't handle them When 1 child had allergies we had discussed before hand because of covid , she then 2 weeks later rang me up and told me to pick her up and in so meny words said i was curl for not taking her to the doctor's we had already been to the doctor's I showed up for a meeting 1 day and there was 3 people there makeing me feel like the worst parent in the world My children have been out of treetops for 7 months now and no other center or school has had any problems with them However the guilt and put downs still play on my mind as to weather or not i am good enough for them , that is just a few things the list goes on the amount of hitting that went unseen untill a child reacted etc etc etc You never stopped to think of the financial stress you put someone under when they are having to pay double child care because there having to pick there kids up all the time , but they still need to work to put food on the table
