Found this place on google cuz it was close to where i was staying. Staff is rude. No one is smiling here, it 11 am its a sunny day in london, the nail technician has no chill and gave my sister a very bad attitude because she asked if she could change the color? She tells my sister “ YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE AND NOW YOU WASTED MY TIME” LOL this place is not even busy??? 17 pounds only to apply normal polish at this place.. attitude included. Umm no thanks.
I absolutely adore my nails! The staff members were incredibly kind, and they offered an extensive selection of Shellac nail polish, which I absolutely adored.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done. Staff are really friendly and make you feel at ease & comfortable. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Very disappointing! Went there always to get my nails done and I was always very happy with it. This time I got the long lasting nail Color which was 3£ more. I let it dry for minimum 3h, but my nails were damaged already after a half day. So I went there a day after to show them my nails and ask if she can change the color. She wasn’t very happy about it and very unfriendly but said I should choose a color. usually my nails last for a week. That’s why I don’t wanted to use the same color. But she said I have to use the same and they will just fix the damaged nail. But almost all of them were damaged! She started jelling at me and said it would be my fold. Wow I never experienced something like this. I was speechless. I don’t wanted to stay there and left. Will never go there again. You don’t treat your customers like this. And I asked so nicely.

The lady at the front desk/manager is extremely extremely rude. First she quoted a different price on the phone for removal and shellac to what she did when I got to the salon. The lady that did my nails then took an hour for a removal and I asked that we not do the shellac application as I was going to be late for my next appointment. At first shethe manager said £17 pounds for this which is appalling for removal where a place close by charges £10. She said this was because the nail take was taking long on me as if this was my fault. When I was done she put £30 on the machine and said it’s because I did a manicure which I didn’t. When I corrected her and told to ask the nail tech, she realised she was wrong and changed the amount but did not apologise for her mistake, instead she raised her voice at me and gave me attitude. I told her she is extremely rude and she said I just don’t want to pay. Before leaving this comment I saw a lot of other comments about how rude she is and I honestly still cannot can’t understand why her business is still running if she treats people like that.
I came here at the end of January for a gel pedicure, without an appointment. I was served right away and offered a hot beverage, which was very thoughtful. The pedicure was great, quite relaxing and the chairs are comfortable. The polish looked great. We are now more than a month since my appointment, a week of which I spent barefoot at the beach or bare feet in fins diving so rough on the polish, and the polish is still on all of my toenails! I am so impressed by how lasting this pedicure is. I would highly recommend to anyone!
