I practice what I preach and have reinvented my own life a couple of times, initially moving from the UK to NZ 27 years ago and then leaving a successful career in corporate HR and moving to a rural lifestyle. I am constantly learning and 're-programming' to ensure I feel balanced and aligned to her my purpose. Part of that purpose is to share my experience and learnings with others.
As well as the important life lessons, I have formal qualifications in social psychology, employment studies, career management, life and retirement coaching and am toward the end of a diploma in hypnotherapy. I have worked in a variety of industries but my own motivation in everything I do is to make a positive difference - be it in community roles, paid and voluntary roles as well as gardening, cooking and photography.
