Awesome experience at Toy World Ballance Street in Wellington today, I don't normally shop there for toys, however this time I really didn't fancy driving too far to the other stores I normally go to for toys, so am absolutely pleased I decided to go here, firstly their customer service is outstanding, such genuinely friendly and helpful staff, I mean all of them, such a great buzzy energy, had such a crack-up with the young lady that was helping me choose toys, she was such the best, made it so easy for me to choose, such a great selection and great discounts, love the layout of this store, thank you team for such the best experience, will see you again most definitely, birthdays coming up soon for all the moko's, so will see you then! Meri Kirihimete !
Best place to go for Lego - always have a wide range in stock, and they are Lego pro's!

Well.priced range from Sylvanain families, lego etc all the way to dollar novelty gifts. Worth it just to see the Lego Beehive.
My 3yr old had a blast and I did too. Awesome
Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of stock to rummage through. However some stock was way overpriced
Selection is good but their prices are disgusting, even on public holidays like boxing day; don't expect a discount... ever. On a side note there's this really annoying speaker at the back of the store that's in clear need of replacing. The noise is enough to make you want to leave, pronto.
Excellent store with large selection
Not a bad toy store conveniently located in the CBD boasting a relatively decent selection of toys and a very decent selection of Lego if that's what your child is into! My wife and I are big Toyworld fans in general and have been for as long as I can remember so I'm somewhat saddened I could not rate this store higher however I found the staff to be lacking in customer service skills and to some extent disinterested and indifferent to the presence of their customers during our short visit.
