I recently had to have my beloved Rocky PhatKat put to forever sleep. Julia vet was a mountain of knowledge and able to give me an informed decision in a reasonable timeframe with only a little help from Craig ophthalmologist. Jess R nurse assisted and was also amazing, as always. Very respectful during the process and let me take all the time I needed before letting him go. I even saw Jess scoop him up in her arms so carefully as I was leaving. No easy task for such a big boy. Beautiful to know that Rocky was looked after, even after he had gone, in a way I would want him to be. Thank you team, I really appreciate it and I can never thank you enough.

We unfortunately had to do one of the hardest things a pet owner can do and say goodbye to a much loved family member.. The staff could not have been more professional and caring... They handled us with the upmost respect and understanding and even though they were dealing with a horrible situation they were nothing but professional.
