Very compassionate when facing end of life situation with our beloved elderly dog. Always maintaining professionalism when explaining options. The after hours team for weekends and public holidays based there were superb! However we do think there is room for improvement in the environment where the pets last moments are spent with owners. A private reserved, comfortable room to ease the trauma of euthanising pet, not a clinical consult room or owners car as was offered...that suggestion was a big shock. But it may suit others? Thank you all for your support.
Every step from booking to discharge was friendly super impressive and professional. The vet Kat explained everything fully, not rushed and solved an on going 6 month problem with our golden retriever. We are very grateful for her care and advice and thoroughly recommend this veterinary clinic. We travelled 2 hours for advice and do not regret it. Thank you team.
Last night on a Sunday,I had to bring our nearly 15 year old Staffordshire bull terrier to the vet. He had told me he had enough and he was tired and ready to move onto his next journey. The vet nurse and vet couldn’t have been more gentle with both myself and Ben our dog. They showed genuine respect compassion and kindness and I’m so grateful they made an extremely hard process bearable and he drifted away so peacefully. Thank you ladies for helping me to help him I will be forever grateful. xo
Absolutely lovely vet I saw on the Sunday before labour's day, sorry dont remember her name but surely she must get positive feedback all the time. Even though they were really busy and it was late afternoon, she was thorough and friendly. Totally put this cat mummies mind at ease. Would Totally recommend Totally vets!
Brilliant friendly staff. We came in for an emergency after hours visit with my dog and the staff were both brilliant and lively during such a hard time.
