Had to make an emergency midnight trip to Totally Vets a few nights ago with my sick cat. Vet Kelly was amazing and explained everything to us so we could understand. Minty is now doing a lot better, and is on the mend. Thank you Totally Vets and especially Kelly and everyone else working the rough night shifts! We appreciate you!
This Wednesday we had to put our wonderful 12year old Greyhound to sleep. The Totally Vets team were amazing in, not only supporting two tearful owners, but providing our Grey with the best care and diagnosis of her ailments. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult time.
Great staff, especially the vet nurses, are so caring
These vets were awesome in taking our dog in in an emergency. They literally saved his life and we are so grateful. They took great care of him in their ICU. Got him stable so we could take him to Massey to find out what the problem was.
We had an amazing experience with our dog at the vet over two days with the lovely vet Louise. Highly recommend. All staff are friendly and welcoming too.
