Total Property Worx (TPW) is a proudly Kiwi owned and operated company specialising in Commercial-Industrial Construction, Refurbishment, Roofing & Maintenance.

Story

TPW was founded in 2009 by our directors Paul Southam and Lyall Kainamu, who started the business by working on site, on the tools… cleaning commercial gutters. They then experienced a demand for further services which lead to their vision of expansion within the business based on the demand of customer requirements – the relationship was already there, they just needed to create the further means and resources to service all those customer requirements. To this day, TPW are growing from strength to strength with the implementation of further service offerings and the expansion of our highly skilled senior management team to ensure we are growing stronger internally as a team and in turn our presence within the market place.
