We are grateful to Total Auto for taking time out of their day to help us sort out a problem with our rented camper. We just pulled up unannounced they were really friendly, checked out the problem turns out a loose drivers seat! and had us back on the road in no time with the problem sorted. These people are superstars! I broke down about 20km from Ngatea. Rang AA in a real flap. They sent Total Auto to give me a tow. When “Fish” turned up with his tow truck shortly afterwards I was the happiest girl on the planet. He was very obliging and kind. Took my vehicle back to his workshop in Ngatea. There were several things that could have been done, Fish gave me the cheapest option charge the batteries overnight rather than put in an expensive new one so I had enough charge to get home to my regular mechanic. I can’t recommend these people highly enough. Enthusiastic, honest, professional and thoroughly likeable. Thank you so much!
