Hired a mountain bike for 24 hours - bike wasn't in good condition. Gears clunky and shifted about of their own accord, seat very uncomfortable, bell broken.nnNotified staff of the problems when returned and they admitted the bike was old stock / needed a service - I don't think they should have hired them out if they weren't in good rideable condition!

Outstanding shopping experience here, today. Thank you Ryan, for your advice, and encouragement. The walking sticks enabled me to zoom up a hill that terrified me, cross a raging creek, and hop from rock to rock. I never throught that could happen. I'm thankful for the time Ryan spent setting up the sticks for me - they were perfect. This is how you make lifelong customers!
Great day on the bike hired from Torpedo7 Taupo! Outstanding service from Caspar. Loved our ride, took us from 9.30 until 17.00 to ride to the Huka Falls, Aratiatia Dam and back via the Wairakei spa for an hour.
