I Recently went into the store to buy a new bike and can I just say the environment and customer service felt so welcoming when we walked in. We were first greeted by a lovely girl named Kaelin and not only did she have outstanding customer service but she can definitely hold a conversation really well and is such an amazing sales rep. Her personality was everything just what a retail store needs and her knowledge was impressive. I ended up leaving with a new bike and a new friend as she was such an easy going and friendly person. The staff and ambience there are amazing too and I had a wonder experience there :
The bike hire was flawless! I got a cool bike in great condition for a fair price. As luck would have it, I had a run in with a stick on a mtb track and obliterated the rear derailleur some 25km outside of Rotorua. The team was awesome in getting me back to the shop and I was glad to have paid the 5$ damage protection fee! Great customer service, thank you so much.
Recently hired 2x EMTB for 1 day. Was served by a short stocky guy sorry mate didn't get your name and his customer service was impeccable. Talked me and my wife through the bikes got us all set up and on our way.nTo be fair all the staff were very friendly and helpful.nnCheers
We hired bikes from Torpedo7 and had a wonderful experience cycling in the Whakarewarewa forest!nOutstanding customer service from Ngawai, Lee Anne and Maria, they told us how to ride to the forest via the cycle paths. A fantastic day of riding, we completed the 33km trail in time to return the bikes to the shop. Very highly recommended for bike hire in Rotorua
I got great customer service yesterday busy boxing day Kaelin in particular was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, nice to see such happy staff, the guys in the bike workshop were also amazing, great team you have in this store.
