As per previous comments customer service lacking, wont answer phone and appear to be regularly low on stock. Unfortunate as I am an ongoing customer but usually in Dunedin where things are much better.

Helpful staff but not a lot of selection left for what we were looking for at the time. Awesome place tho

I'm usually one to look at things from all perspectives but I have been trying to call Torpedo7 on their landline for the entire day. Not once has anyone picked up the phone. Highly annoyed as I live far out of town and need to confirm stock before wasting my time coming in to the store to ask.

Do NOT waste your time. All the reviews talking about their useless service are correct. I ordered a treadmill instore, it's been two weeks and I contacted them, they couldn't track it so I needed to call customer service who had to investigate and get back to me. Turns out they don't have any in stock!

Helpfull staff. Not on top of you or pressuring you tobuy
