Firstly must say shop staff are great. BUT Ski techs messed up mounting my wife skis, we eventually got some credit for the loss of value but not an easy or quick process
Very helpful team right on the waterfront. The bike was great for the trail and the comfy padded seat meant I could stay out longer. They were laid back and great to chat with. Great experience and a fantastic way to spend a day in Wānaka.

I have been been shopping at racers Edge about a dozen times and only once got any sort of good customer service and that was when I brought a new bike. Seems like unless you spend 4k plus they don't want to help.
Awesome staff! Very helpful and rental gear really reasonably priced. Also let me keep the skis for the days I wasn’t skiing so I didn’t have to return and then go back the next day to sort again, which really helped! Will definitely use these guys for any future hires!
Always helpful at Racers Edge. I like how they have held onto their own identity post joining with Torpedo 7. Wanaka needs that.
