Wow what a hidden gem. A really well presented Museum full of interesting displays and free of charge donations greatly appreciated. There is also a cool play ground for kids and a lovely cafe for lunch and coffee right on the waterfront, with good parking. Definitely recommend a visit.
A good place to visit while in Devonport
This might be bias as I have a soft spot for museums. But my kids loved it and there is lots to see about NZ maritime history. A nice walk from the ferry.
Didn't know this museum has been here so well presented and people can learn about proud NZ naval history.

Great place to have a look at with great things to see and admire. I had a great time there and will go back any time I can it is a great experience with fantastic things to have a look at and read about.
