I’m extremely disappointed with Torpedo7. Waiting three weeks for an item to be delivered is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they charge $15 for delivery, which is what I’d expect to pay for overnight shipping, not for a painfully slow service. Even more baffling is that they charge $15 for click-and-collect! How does that even make sense?nnTheir customer service is just as poor. I had the misfortune of speaking to someone on their 0800 number who sounded far too young and inexperienced to handle complaints effectively. It felt like they had no proper training and no interest in resolving the issue.nnSince the Tahua Partners acquisition, this business has gone downhill rapidly. I used to be a loyal customer, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll shop with them again. They need to seriously rethink their delivery times, fees, and customer service standards if they want to retain customers.
