We had a group tour for a wine tasting. Lady who was giving us unforgettable experience was very friendly and knew. She was talking about every wine was so passionate, that we felt every wine not only tasting it but like we grow it ourselves.nAll wines that we tried were excellent, I even tried white port for a first time in my life and like it a lot!nHighly recommend for wine lovers!
Great tasting experience and great wines! For only 12 dollars, you can taste the full menu. Wines were all high quality and there is a diversity of styles, including varietals that I have not seen elsewhere like Verdelho and Albarino. I especially recommend the Albarino! I like that a white port and a tawny port are available in the tasting too. Thanks for the great experience!
Excellent wines, beautiful setting, wonderful people. Very affordable tasting for $15 pp two people can get through the whole tasting menu, and there was a nice combination of reds and whites. The Sauvignon Blanc and Tawny Port were so good we left with bottles. Maggie was the perfect host, introducing the wines, answering our questions, and telling us about the business she and her husband built over 3 decades, which she now continues with their two sons. She asked us about our travels and gave us pointers as well, which we really appreciated. This is a winery where the intimacy of a small family business and the friendly personal touch is felt in all they do. And the price can’t be beat! Worth a stop, and maybe even a splurge on a few bottles of wine. Highly recommend!
Went in for a wine tasting and had an amazing experience! Jule took us through their incredible list of delicious wines and was super informative and friendly. The Gewurztraminer and the Port were especially amazing, we'll definitely be ordering our wines from here.
Lovely ladies running the place, very reasonably priced wine tasting. Wines were okay, we most liked the ports, others were quite bitter for the most part but this might’ve been because our wine glasses weren’t changed in between the different tastings, including between whites, rosés and reds, which we were surprised by. However, for $15 we weren’t disappointed and walked away with a nice bottle of port.
