My first time shopping here and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I like the website with good descriptions and specs too. I was quite excited to get such good items at the great prices.
Bought a couple of quite expensive items on line as they didn’t have them in store, upon receiving them, I quickly realised I had bought the wrong ones and contacted the Hornby store to swap then for the correct ones when they had then in stock, which wasn’t a problem. They contacted me on Thursday last week to say they had them in stock now so on Monday went to swap them over. And wouldn’t swap them over because of a 15 day return policy! I explained the situation- it took 7 days to arrive to me, the items are brand new and have never left the boxes, and they didn’t have it in stock until Thursday last week but because it was 22 days since I placed the order online they couldn’t do a thing about it. Absolutely hopeless!
Recently purchased from here via Trade Me. Very professional to deal with. Pick up was straightforward and directions clear and easy to follow. One does have to go to the Hornby Store first and then to Airport location for pickup of some items so do allow extra time for this but otherwise would definitely purchase from here again. Good quality product and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Bought a portable scaffold. Fantastic buy, easy to assemble and take apart. Great price. Website easy to navigate and purchase what I wanted, and delivery quick. Can't fault them.
