Tongariro Quads

What an awesome experience and thanks to Karl and Maria for their awesome work. My partner and I enjoyed an amazing quad bike ride through the paddocks and deep into the bush on a wet, foggy and misty day. We got to see beautiful NZ from another perspective and had a lot of fun. Karl made sure I was confident and educated on using the quad bike, and we had great photos to take home with us. Definitely recommend this experience!

This was part of a boys weekend away of 6 very good, and mature? all 54+ mates. After thorough and good safety instructions and training, plus a practice ride we headed out. We had fantastic fun, mainly kept dry and had enough challenges to get the adrenalin going. No accidents, although one of the boys was attracted to a few trees! No damage done!! Karl, Marie and Mike were great and we got lots of photos and a few videos also. Very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommended.

NZ is stunning!!! Best way to see it is with locals. What a way to finish our road trip. Well worth every penny spent and Carl was so knowledgeable and made us feel confident and safe while having a laugh. The best day out with the family! The staff are lovely and excellent accodomation if you want to stay too. The course had bush, heaps of mud and as a beginner, karl took the time to teach us all how to ride. Very safe and lots of fun

Great day for an adventure, guided 1.5 quad bike adventure. The guide's instructions were very clear and friendly. We went during rain so we couldn't see the mountain. But it provides more challenging and slippery terrain for us. It was a lot of fun. The quad bikes were amazing machines and never let us down on muddy and slippery surfaces.

Thoroughly enjoyed our quad bike experience with Ruapehu Adventure Rides! My wife and I are experienced riders but my son's fiance had never been on a quad bike ATV here in the USA. Karl was very good at showing her how to operate the quad bike and made sure she was comfortable with it before we headed out on the tour. Their quad bikes are well maintained Hondas. The ride we went on includes some open pasture riding as well as some trail riding. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing time was had here. From the clear instructions and safety briefing to our adventures on the hills, we were well looked after by the team. Incredible views of all four mountains were had. A most enjoyable afternoon was had and we would certainly recommend to anyone. Well catered to all age ranges and abilities.
