Bought the $90 bouquet online delivered to a CBD address. Bouquet is bigger than expected and in very good health. Delivered on the date as per order and it arrived around 1pm. Before and after photos After 8 days show how the flowers age. The big ones Carnation? that was open upon delivery wilted after 5 days. The roses, lilies and snapdragon are still going. Flowers do require to be put in vase and water replaced every 2days. I would definitely buy from T&C again.
I ordered four bouquets quite last minute today. I requested for delivery as well. I left it to Joycelyn and buoy I was thoroughly satisfied with their service, care and the flowers of course. The bouquets were soo beautiful and the people who received loved them. The team at Tomuri made sure they followed the instructions to the dot and delivered all bouquets today. Exceptional service. Please don’t go by their rating, give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.
The lady is so nice!!! The flowers are very fresh and in very good quality but in very affordable price. Thanks so much for making my day. I’m so sad to see there are some rude reviews. Hope everyone can show some respect to each other.
Do not order from this shop, worst customer service I've ever experienced and it's no wonder they have 2.8 stars on google as well as an NZ Herald article that comes up when you search "worst florist in Auckland". No florists in Auckland have such low reviews, and with 155 reviewers, it's no mere coincidence. I was given fungus covered flowers on Valentines day, asked for a refund and offered a store credit instead of the same value up to June 2023. When I emailed to organize a replacement bouquet, the owner Jocelyn Tomuri took it upon herself to make it impossible for me to use this store credit by saying I have to pick up the replacement bouquet by Friday 9/6/23 despite me mentioning multiple times I'd be overseas until 13/6/23. Furthermore not allowing me to use the store credit for a different bouquet as was offered by her staff, but insisting it had to be the same which is fine but the contradictions and lies are unnecessary. Absolute waste of time and energy, and horrible horrible customer service to someone who has already had a bad experience. I hope whatever she saved by not honoring the initial compensation offer is worth all of the business she will lose from her poor attitude.
It was my husband's 60th Birthday on Saturday. My sister in law ordered flowers online from Vancouver. Flower arrived in an oversized round vase with not enough water. Today is on Tuesday and the petals are falling off! I have seen most of the reviews and reply from owner. He will have some sort of excuse for these once as well. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are other florist who do exceptional job. Save your money!! Here we go I posted this review on 10th Jan. Owner is replying today on 27th Feb asking to return flowers for refund!!
About two days before the Valentine's day, I ordered a single rose through the online to gift to someone special to me. However due to technical issues on the website, that never happened and I never received an order number. When the staff first explained to me that they would refund my money in a few days, I was simply shocked, as I didn't feel any effort was made to resolve the problem. I have a feeling that other stores would at least try to do so, but it seems that Tomuri & Co is different. I requested them to wrap the roses I purchased at another store, but I was disappointed that they were not able to do that either. However, I understand that it is company policy that it is not allowed. I do admitted my attitude was poor towards the staff members, and the store was busy at the same time. I am just disappointed that I couldn't have the best possible Valentine's Day this year.
Don’t usually surprise the Mrs with flowers but on our 10th wedding anniversary I decided to fork out $100 on a bouquet. The bouquet was pretty thin. Not much going on. Not a lot of colour. Not a lot of flowers. But the wrapping was pretty good. Made it look fancier then it actually was. 2 days later everything had decayed quick. On the 3rd day they were thrown out. I expected it to last at least a week. Especially from a shop who only sells flowers. I’m sure you’d get better value and better longevity out of something from the supermarket. Here’s what’s $100 got me. Sadly didn’t take any photos of the dead bouquet 2 days later but rest assured it would have been more entertaining flushing the $100 bill down the toilet.
To the guy and the women in the shop today who has shocking attitude and swearer to customer, me, my wife and kids and the people around were totally shocked by this kind of customer service. We have recorded video and will sent through the nz media. Good luck, what a shame.
This place is my go to when I need flowers. I’m local so I usually just collect from the store where they are always busy but everyone is lovely despite being rushed off their feet. Their bouquets are always beautiful and are exactly as described and pictured and every personalised bouquet I’ve ordered has been perfect. The flowers have always lasted a long time and I always receive positive feedback from the recipients. Thank you Tomuri team, keep up the awesome work.
Disappointed with the quality of their flowers when you spend $57 on a single rose you expect it to be perfect but one of the petals had a defect and was dying, the flower itself was dead in two days. The worst thing about the whole situation is they delivered it to the wrong house they actually just left it outside the neighbors infront, had they not been honest and braught it to me I would not have even received it I'd upload a picture but it's not giving me the option. I believe I am owed a refund, Their communication was excellent so was the time of delivery but as soon as I had a problem and they had my money they ghosted me I messaged them over a week ago and didn't even get a sorry so I highly doubt I'll get my money back. My advice to anyone looking at this company is to look else where even the supermarkets had better quality roses. And at costco I could have gotten a whole boutique of roses that were perfect without defect. So don't be fooled by the pictures on their website it's not what you will end up getting. I will update my review if they get back to me and whether or not they refunded me.
